To ensure the quality of our homes we provide maintenance services to our tenants during the lease term. We always provide a list of maintenance personnel/companies that are available for our tenants. Providing this list allows the tenant to schedule maintenance directly with the provider and coordinate the time in which the maintenance is performed.
